SEYMOUR DUNCAN SHR1 HOTRAIL GUITAR PICKUP

If you are in the market for a super hot humbucker in the body of a single coil pickup this is it. The Seymour Duncan Hot Rail is a split rail pickup that gives you a humbucker sound. I put one of these in the bridge position of my Fender Texas Special Stratocaster and all I can say is wow. I was a bit skeptical at first about it. I am not use to a humbucker looking like a single coil pickup. You get the right amount of bite with this pickup. A real creamy balanced distortion and awesome clean tones. This is my new favorite pickup for my stratocaster. I tried several of Seymour Duncans single coil pickups but none of them were as hot as the SHR-1 Hot Rail.

I would highly recommend this pickup to anyone. I have been unsatisfied with many pickups over the years but my Hot Rail Pickup is definitely my new favorite. I wired it up to my middle tone knob so that I could roll back the treble a little and dial in the sweet spot. I promise this pickup is well worth the money. After pushing my Hot Rail through my strat for the last year I am just as satisfied as I was when I bought it. Seymour Duncan really makes some wonderful guitar pickups and in my opinion this one is the best I have tried. See for yourself if you are looking for a great pickup for your guitar.
